24-month additional filtration pack

This 5-pack contains two PAC filters, one RO reverse osmosis membrane, and two C2 filters for approximately 20 to 24 months of additional filtration:

1. PAC filter ( Poly Activated Carbon ) :
   • Role : Combined pre-filtration, using activated carbon and other materials to remove physical and chemical impurities.
   • What it filters :
     • Sediments (sand, mud, suspended particles).
     • Chlorine and chlorinated by-products.
     • Volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
     • Bad tastes and odors.
   • Objective : To protect the RO membrane and improve the initial water quality.
2. Sediment filter (not explicitly mentioned, but included in all 4 stages) :
   • Role : Removes coarser particles before the water reaches the RO membrane.
   • What it filters :
     • Particles 5 microns or larger (dust, rust, sediment).
   • Objective : To prevent fouling of the RO membrane.

1. Reverse osmosis (RO) membrane :
   • Role : Main filtration with an accuracy of 0.0001 microns.
   • What it filters :
     • Up to 95-99% of dissolved salts (calcium, magnesium, sodium).
     • Heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic).
     • Chemical contaminants (nitrates, sulfates, fluorides).
     • Bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms.
   • Objective : To produce ultra-pure water by eliminating the majority of contaminants.

1. C2 activated carbon filter (post-filtration) :
   • Role : Final polishing to improve taste and remove any chemical residue after reverse osmosis.
   • What it filters :
     • Residual traces of organic compounds.
     • Unwanted odors or tastes may persist.
   • Objective : To guarantee tasty, ready-to-drink water.
